Honda of Oxnard is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Used Vehicle Technician to join our service team. If you take pride in reconditioning vehicles and preparing them for the front line, this is a great opportunity to join a high-volume, reputable dealership.

What You’ll Do:
Perform multi-point inspections on used vehicles
Complete reconditioning work including brakes, tires, fluid services, and general maintenance
Identify needed repairs to bring vehicles up to retail standards
Perform basic diagnostics and minor mechanical repairs
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards before sale
Work closely with service advisors and used car managers
Qualifications:
Experience as a lube tech or used car/recon technician preferred
Strong knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Own tools preferred
Smog certifications are a plus, but not required

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $17.00 - $62.00.
