Used Vehicle Technician

Honda of Oxnard is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Used Vehicle Technician to join our service team. If you take pride in reconditioning vehicles and preparing them for the front line, this is a great opportunity to join a high-volume, reputable dealership.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform multi-point inspections on used vehicles
• Complete reconditioning work including brakes, tires, fluid services, and general maintenance
• Identify needed repairs to bring vehicles up to retail standards
• Perform basic diagnostics and minor mechanical repairs
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards before sale
• Work closely with service advisors and used car managers

Qualifications:

• Experience as a lube tech or used car/recon technician preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Own tools preferred
• Smog certifications are a plus, but not required

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $17.00 - $62.00.
