Used Vehicle Sales Manager - (Multi-Franchise Branch)

• Location: Kimberley, Northern Cape
• Salary: R30 000 to R45 000

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the used vehicle department
• Lead, coach and support a high-performing sales team
• Drive unit sales, revenue, and profitability targets
• Oversee vehicle sourcing, trade-ins, and accurate stock valuation
• Monitor stock levels and manage reconditioning processes
• Ensure high standards of customer service and dealership presentation
• Collaborate with finance and marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation
• Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements
• Maintain compliance with industry and dealership standards

What we are looking for

• Minimum 35 years of used vehicle sales management experience
• Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets
• Deep understanding of trade-ins, pricing strategies and used car market trends
• Valid South African drivers license
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with dealership systems (e.g. Autoline, Kerridge)
