Berwick BMW, part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group, is looking for an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Consultant who knows how to deliver a premium customer experience from booking to handover.

About the role

As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle purchasing journey, understanding their needs, presenting suitable options, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first enquiry through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Initiating and maintaining strong and valuable relationships with customers.
• Determining customer requirements and advising on suitable vehicle models.
• Showing vehicles and arranging test drives with customers.
• Taking sale orders and preparing the contract of sale and any other relevant paperwork.
• Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge.

About you

You’ll bring:

• A proven track record in selling Used vehicles with previous experience essential.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• A genuine love for people and the sales process.
• An outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture positive, long-term relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• A proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Well-presented, process-driven and highly organised, with the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
