Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for a Used Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team!
*MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 5-DAY WORK WEEK*
A Day in the Life of a Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist (but not limited to):
- Assist our fleet of buyers in coordinating all aspects of vehicle acquisition after the vehicles have been purchased from our buyers.
- Ensure proper communication between our buyers and our dealerships
- Maintains proficiency within each duty
- Prepare condition reports for each vehicle (need to be able to take pictures of vehicles and submit to company software)
- Documentation - manage necessary documentation on each vehicle

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus, but not required
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills
- Must have valid driver’s license
