Used Car Technician Job Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections of pre-owned vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic concerns
- Use advanced diagnostic skills to efficiently identify and resolve issues
- Complete necessary repairs and maintenance to bring vehicles to frontline-ready condition
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet reconditioning timelines and inventory goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, services, and inspections
- Adhere to all safety standards, dealership policies, and manufacturer guidelines

QualificationsUsed Car Technician

Qualifications
- Proven automotive technician experience is required
- (Used vehicle reconditioning experience strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a criminal background check, and a drug screen.
