Now Hiring: Used Car Technician
Pay:$35 - $50HR (Flat Rate Pay Plan)
Schedule: Mon - Fri; 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Land Rover Mission Viejo is looking for a skilled Used Car Technician to help keep our inventory road-ready and retail-ready. As a valued member of our service department, you'll perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and reconditioning on a wide variety of pre-owned vehicles. If you have proven automotive experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, and engine components.
Complete used vehicle reconditioning services to ensure vehicles meet dealership quality and safety standards.
Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
Accurately document inspections, repair recommendations, and completed work orders.
Test-drive vehicles before & after repairs to verify proper operation and repair quality.
Qualifications
European brand experience - Preferred
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to maintain productivity and efficiency goals
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
The flat rate pay range for this position is $35 - $50 an hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, skills, job-knowledge, and location.
