Location:Port Charlotte, FL (Onsite) | Type:Full-time | Compensation:$75,000 - $105,000 per year (Flat Rate Hourly Role)

Core Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and sale readiness

• Diagnose and repair mechanical concerns efficiently and accurately

• Complete multi-point inspections and identify needed reconditioning work

• Communicate clearly with Service and Used Car departments regarding repair timelines and additional needs

• Document all repairs and recommendations on repair orders

• Road-test vehicles to verify proper operation and quality of work

• Maintain a clean and organized work area; ensure customer vehicles are kept clean

• Follow all safety guidelines and dealership policies when operating tools and equipment

What You’ll Need

• 1-3 years of experience working on various makes and models
• Previous dealership experience preferred
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
