Your Role as Used Car Manager

• Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize used vehicle sales, gross profit, and customer retention.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels and pricing strategies to meet market demands and profitability goals.
• Merchandising: Ensure vehicles are displayed to the highest standards and create impactful promotional campaigns.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and support the Used Car Sales team to exceed performance targets.
• Customer Relations: Foster lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with other department managers to align dealership-wide objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Assist the General Manager in planning advertising, sales promotions, and operational strategies for the Used Vehicle Department.

What You Bring to the Role

• Demonstrated success in vehicle sales or sales management, with a strong track record in used car sales.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills to build and inspire a high-performing team.
• Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
