About the team:
The DAC team consists of skilled engineers specializing in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), safeguarding PCI, HIPAA, customer, business, and associate data worldwide. This team operates as a critical defense layer, utilizing advanced tools and collaborating closely with Information Security teams. Members focus on incident management, cyber risk assessment, and information assurance to maintain data integrity and security. The team also emphasizes automation and software development to enhance protection measures. Working within a structured environment, the team supports continuous improvement and effective stakeholder engagement to uphold the highest standards of data protection and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
We are expanding our team and looking for a Staff Data Assurance Engineer to drive automation and AI‑assisted initiatives to improve signal quality, scalability, and operational efficiency, aligning with modern DLP practices that emphasize noise reduction and actionable insights over raw alert volume. You’ll be at the forefront of building automation for solution management, high-level reporting, and predictive analytics. You will act as a technical leader and mentor, guiding engineers, reviewing designs, and raising the overall engineering bar. Collaborating with InfoSec, Security Operations, Data Governance, Privacy, and Infrastructure teams, you’ll ensure our technical controls align with global privacy frameworks.

Herndon, Virginia US-10710: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
