
We are seeking a passionate Senior Manager, Portfolio Management (Real Estate Acquisitions - Sam’s Club) for our New Club Acquisition/Portfolio Management role. This more senior level position is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing new club locations aligned with the company’s growth strategy. This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive profitable expansion while managing market-level real estate strategy. If you enjoy resolving issues, have a knack for dealmaking, and thrive in the real estate hunt, this role is for you. Travel is required to visit sites and markets.
The Portfolio Management team leads strategic initiatives to enhance property value and drive business growth through effective real estate transactions and lease negotiations. This team collaborates across functions to identify opportunities, manage projects, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Members provide mentorship and guidance, fostering professional development and high performance. They focus on delivering data-driven recommendations, optimizing asset utilization, and maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. The team is committed to operational excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement to support Walmart and Sam's Club long-term real estate objectives and business priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field and 3 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area
OR 5 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area.
2 years’ experience in property management.
