About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Plus Membership Upgrades, the Senior Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing Plus upgrade strategies across digital, marketing, and in-Club experiences. Plus is the premium membership tier offered by Sam's Club. Plus upgrades are a growth priority for Sam’s Club, and this role plays a key role in executing and scaling the strategies that expand Plus adoption across our Member base
The Senior Manager will work closely with partners across Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, Operations, and Insights, and will help translate strategy into scalable programs and measurable results.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
