We are looking for a USA-Canadian English-speaking Reactivation Sales Agentto join our Sales Team in Gzira, Malta.

What you’ll be doing:

• Making outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands.
• Reactivating inactive players and providing personalized recommendations that increase their engagement and retention.
• Promoting bonus campaigns and introducing new games, features, and payment methods that enhance the sports betting/gambling experience.
• Guiding players through the website to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Collaborating with your sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets.

What you bring:

• You are a native-level USA-Canadian English speaker.
• Exposure to the world of online sports betting and gambling, and you’re eager to learn and grow in our dynamic industry.
• You know how to engage in conversations with ease. You're confident, comfortable, and can build great relationships over the phone.
• You have a competitive spirit and an unrelenting drive to achieve success.
• Fluency in Canadian French at a native level is a big plus.
