We are looking for a TikTok Shop Manager US to own and scale our TikTok Shop operation in the United States.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for the end-to-end performance of the TikTok Shop channel. The role goes far beyond content or influencer marketing — it combines store operations, affiliate management, paid media execution, and commercial analysis
The TikTok Shop Manager US will operate the channel autonomously, execute the strategy defined by the eCommerce Manager US, and be fully accountable for GMV growth, ROAS, conversion rate, and account health
This role also has direct leadership responsibility over an Affiliate Specialist and plays a key role in building scalable processes for creators and shoppable content.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the daily operation of TikTok Shop US through Seller Center: product listings, inventory, orders, returns, and account health.
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, videos, attributes) to maximize organic visibility and conversion.
- Monitor and protect account health metrics (Order Completion Rate, Return Rate, Policy Score).
- Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns focused on sales (VSA, GMV Max, LIVE Ads), managing budgets with ROAS as the main efficiency metric.
- Coordinate with content and creator teams to ensure a constant pipeline of high-performing shoppable videos aligned with commercial priorities.
- Lead and supervise the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, including strategy definition, creator prioritization, commission structure, and performance tracking.
- Manage and develop the Affiliate Specialist, setting weekly priorities, reviewing performance, and providing ongoing feedback.
- Analyze channel performance and deliver weekly reports with insights and recommendations (GMV, ROAS, affiliates, conversion rate).
- Plan and execute the TikTok Shop commercial calendar for the US market (key sales events, promotions, launches).
Requirements
Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience operating TikTok Shop (Seller Center), not just creating content.
- Proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns focused on conversions and GMV (VSA, GMV Max, LIVE Ads).
- Experience running or supporting a TikTok Shop Affiliate Program (creator recruitment, activation, commissions, performance tracking).
- US TikTok Shop market experience is required (US creators, platform policies, consumer behavior).
- Experience in CPG, health & wellness, supplements, or consumer products is a strong plus.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating at least one junior team member or specialist.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Seller Center operations.
- Strong command of TikTok Ads Manager and performance metrics (ROAS, ACoS, attribution).
- Solid understanding of the TikTok Shop Affiliate ecosystem (Open Plan & Targeted Plan).
- Fluent / native-level English (written and spoken) — non-negotiable.
- Intermediate Excel skills for performance tracking and reporting.
- Nice to have: experience with Shopify or Amazon as complementary channels.
