As a Manager in PwC's U.S. Tax team, you will lead a team focused on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.
Focusing on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations, you'll review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

Preferred skills
A Bachelors Degree with a specialisation in business,accounting/taxation or a lawdegree froman accrediteduniversity;
Successful completionof theU.S.Certified Public Accountingdesignation, admittedtopractice lawin a U.S.jurisdiction, or holds an equivalent relevant US Tax certification. Candidates who do not have the CPA or EA qualification but have the required relevant Tax experience ( US tax experience preferred) will be considered;
A minimum of 5 years of U.S.taxation workexperience with an international accounting Firm,international lawfirm or similar workexperience specialising in U.S.tax issues of partnerships and corporations;
Taxexperience workingwith hedgefunds, private equityfunds,
other investmentpartnerships or insurance companiespreferred;
Workingknowledgeof Microsoft Office applications, including Word,Exceland PowerPoint,ATXand GoSystem;
Highlyorganised,dedicatedand self motivated;
Excellentcommunications, interpersonal and time management
skills;
Ability tocoach and mentormorejunior teammembers; and
Proventrack recordof workingcollegiallywith other managementgroup member tocollectivelygetthejob done.
