Job Title: US Sourcing Specialist
Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Night Shift

We are seeking a proactive and strategic US Sourcing Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts by identifying and engaging top talent for US-based roles. This role plays a key part in creating a high-touch, white glove candidate experience while partnering with stakeholders to meet hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through hire.

• Partner with business leaders and HR to develop data-driven sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.

• Monitor industry trends and market shifts to recommend creative recruiting solutions.

• Train and advise internal stakeholders on sourcing best practices and tools for effective talent selection.

• Foster strong relationships with candidates, business leaders, and cross-functional HR teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably supporting US roles.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.

• Experience in building pipelines and recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill roles.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Willing to work onsite in BGC and on a night shift schedule.
