The Senior Bookkeeper will work closely with the Finance Director to establish and lead bookkeeping operations for newly created US-based joint ventures. Sitting right at the heart of this expansion, you’ll play a key role in shaping how finance is run as the business scales- supporting the opening of multiple venues, building structure, and bringing clarity to a fast-moving environment.
This is far more than a traditional bookkeeping role. It’s an opportunity to step into real ownership - driving US financial operations, building processes from the ground up, and growing into leading a small team as the business expands. We’re looking for someone confident, proactive, and excited by the chance to be part of something being built, not just maintained. You’ll be expected to go beyond the numbers - providing analysis and commentary on monthly results, identifying trends, and helping the business make better decisions.
You’ll build a real understanding of how the business works, partnering with both the Australian finance team and local US operations to drive performance.
