Role Overview
We are looking for a results driven hunter to fulfil our Seller Recruitment Manager role to acquire supply in the US region. The ideal candidate should have a network of vendors to call upon, possess excellent communication skills, data analytics, well versed in the e-commerce space and committed to achieving assigned targets. The ideal candidate is also expected to collaborate with cross functional departments internally.
Responsibilities:
1. Formulate development strategies for the U.S. market based on platform development needs and supply advantages in the U.S. market, leading the team in business advancement;
2. Possess experience in seller acquisition and business operations, providing targeted strategies based on the characteristics of vendor scale to meet the platform's supply demands;
3. Understand the market conditions and industry characteristics in the U.S., especially in shoes, clothing, bags, watches, accessories, beauty products, electronics, etc. ;
4. Analyze competitors' business operational dynamics, platform user composition, best selling categories and pricing advantages to identify business opportunities to drive category growth;
5. Create and promote business models based on the characteristics of vendors to acquire more supply;
6. Collaborate with internal teams across industry, supply chain, product, etc., addressing seller/ operational pain points and implementing optimization solutions to continuously enhance customer experience.职位要求Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in cross-border e-commerce platform supply acquisition and business operations; especially in the sneaker/fashion industry;
2. Clear logic, methodology, involvements in strategic planning with a good track record of successful projects from ground zero from previous roles;
3. Strong data analysis skills;
4. Familiarity with the trends of relevant categories, understand channel distribution, best selling merchandises, consumer structure and characteristics, etc., and be sensitive to market, products and consumer trends;
5. Entrepreneurial spirit, Self-driven, proactive, excellent communication skills, strong project coordination ability, skilled at promoting cross departmental work, and able to take the lead in projects and conversations;
6. Keen market sensitivity and data analysis skills, with the ability to plan and implement medium to long-term business strategies from an business operations and supply acquisition perspective;
7. Fluid and able to adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment;
8. Experience managing teams of 5 or more;
9. Highly organized with attention to detail;
10. Excel and software proficiency;
11. Bachelor's degree or above;
