We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our UV printer professional channel expansion in US. This role will focus on building and developing key partnerships — helping our products succeed in non-traditional, multi-tier distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute business strategies for uv printer and professional sales channels in the US.
2. Identify, engage, and manage key accounts including regional distributors, installers, and service providers.
3.Build trust-based relationships with key customers and channel partners to integrate our products into their business models.
4.Evaluate channel potential and new business opportunities, and propose feasible growth initiatives for each product category.
5.Collaborate closely with HQ and product teams to refine GTM strategies (pricing, positioning, promotions, and channel mapping).
6.Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
1. Fluent in English, with a Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
2. 5+ years of experience in 3D printer, UV printer or DTG/DTF.
3. Strong understanding of US consumer electronics and enterprise ecosystems; existing relationships with major distributors are a plus.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across technical and business contexts.
5. Capable of market analysis and channel mapping, with solid business acumen and data-driven decision ability.
6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with global HQ teams.
7. Passionate about emerging technology categories and creative business models.
8. Strong teamwork ethic, organizational capability, and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving, multi-category environment.
9. Preferably based in the US , with flexibility to travel across the US.
