Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated US Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for Industrial positions across the United States. This role focuses on sourcing and screening qualified candidates before handing them off to the next stage of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and job fit.
• Manage high-volume candidate pipelines for industrial and light industrial positions.
• Conduct phone interviews to validate experience, availability, and work eligibility.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the initial recruitment process.
• Accurately update candidate information and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified candidates.
• Meet sourcing and screening targets while maintaining quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience supporting the US market.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably for industrial or light industrial roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening experience.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online sourcing platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, or other industrial roles.
• Experience working in an RPO, staffing, or BPO environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.
