Process - Payroll

Designation - Lead Associate

Shifts- US shifts (Night shifts)

Total Work Experience (in years) - 3-4 Years

Educational Qualification - Accounting Degree / Commerce Graduate MBA (Finance) CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)

1. Domain Experience -2 to 4 years of experience preferable in Payroll Domain.
2. Working knowledge on R12/SAP preferable.
3. Good knowledge of excel4. Good accounting knowledge5. Gross to Pay calculation, audit and balancing.

• Roles and Responsibilities :-Processing Payroll Inputs
• Employee Data management
• Payroll processing
• Call or email customer for queries.
• Working on Payroll reports
• Assist in production during Business requirement
• Review the Payroll
• Knowledge of payroll cycle and compliances.
• Language Capability -English
• Spoken Proficiency - Good Communication Skill
• Written Proficiency - Good Communication Skill
