Specialization: ERP & Finance

Focus: Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite

The goal is clear: excellent business processes with Oracle® digitalization solutions! And you'll guide our demanding clients on their path into the digital future. Together with the client, you design intelligent business processes in which modern, market-leading digitalization technologies can fully unfold their potential. Based on agile and hybrid methodologies, you configure enterprise software systems that are precisely tailored to the client's business processes. You are responsible for turnkey implementation and accompanying change management.

A wide range of tasks await you:

• Translate business requirements into integrated Oracle solutions
• Lead discovery workshops, solution design, and architecture governance
• Support presales through customer presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and effort estimates
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for further collaboration
• Guide functional and technical teams throughout implementation
• Occasional travel to clients

Requirements

• A completed vocational training or degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of Oracle ERP consulting or implementation experience, with significant experience leading architecture and client-facing design activities
• Experience leading multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite
• Deep knowledge of relevant business processes and cross-functional integrations
• Proven ability to connect solution capabilities with business value
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with business-fluent English
• Based in the US, with willingness to travel to customer sites
