The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team on a part-time basis. This role will be critical in ensuring the smooth execution of our paid advertising campaigns by managing the organization of ad assets, coordinating with creative teams, and trafficking approved ads to our media agencies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at deadline management, and has a sharp eye for detail.
Travel Demands: There may be occasional travel for related agency meetings, ad shoots and events/meetings as requested and approved by the Managing Director, PT Marketing & Entertainment
This is a seasonal hybrid role, expected to start in April and end on October 1, 2026. The position requires flexibility to work on-site at the Westchester office, Times Square office, and the National Tennis Center as needed.
