Seeking a
Systems,
Analytics & Reporting Specialist
to support the Medical Education &
Communication team. This role will lead system optimization, analytics,
reporting, and process automation while partnering with cross-functional
stakeholders to improve data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage
and optimize systems, platforms, and reporting infrastructure
-
Lead
system transitions, implementations, and user adoption initiatives
-
Develop
dashboards, analytics, and automated reporting solutions using Salesforce,
Tableau/Qlik, and Google tools
-
Analyze
organizational and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and
actionable insights
-
Automate
manual processes to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
-
Conduct
data audits and maintain compliance with internal policies and workflows
-
Provide
user training, technical support, and documentation for systems and
reporting processes
-
Collaborate
cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
-
5+
years of experience in systems administration, business analytics,
reporting, or related roles

Advanced
experience with Salesforce, Tableau/Qlik, and Google Workspace
-
Strong
understanding of Medical Affairs/Medical Information operations in pharma
or biotech
-
Proven
project management and stakeholder management experience

Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
