Job Description

Come join our team in the U.S. Marketing Communications Leader role! This role leads our U.S. teams that orchestrate and implements strategic, omni-channel, audience-focused messaging to drive product adoption and brand equity. This role bridges commercial strategy and creative execution, managing integrated campaigns, digital channels, and agency partners to engage farmers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership Leader of a diverse team of communication experts, focused on development, and engagement of all employees.
  • Campaign Strategy: Lead the development and tactical execution of integrated marketing campaigns from product launches through commercialization and market growth.
  • Channel Management: Create, deliver, and evaluate digital communications, content creation, social media, paid media, and SEO/SEM strategies to optimize the customer journey.
  • Agency & Vendor Relations: Work closely with advertising agencies and manage external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Portfolio Marketing Leaders, Agronomy experts, finance, demand, and sales teams to translate technical agricultural products into compelling, accessible customer messaging.
  • Data & Analytics: Use data, analytics, and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and optimize messaging.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: 7-10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, or marketing program management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the agricultural industry, farming practices, or B2B/agri-business landscapes.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of mentoring and people leadership
