ScamAdviser is seeking a highly motivated US Market Intern (hybrid) to assist in our expansion into the North American market. This position offers the opportunity to participate in core business operations and contribute significantly to Gogolook’s global growth. The successful candidate will work alongside our global team to explore innovative anti-scam technologies and uphold our mission of protecting consumers worldwide.1. Minimum of 20 hours per week, across at least 3 days2. Taipei-based (Hybrid) (We prioritize candidates who can work from our Taipei office but are open to discussing fully remote options for exceptional candidates.)3. Able to commit to the role for at least one year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on the US market, tracking local trends and competitive landscapes to define target user personas.
  • GTM Strategy: Assist in the research and planning of Go-to-Market strategies for our US expansion.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including tracking performance data to optimize results.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce engaging social media content for the US audience, including graphics, short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), email newsletters, and one-pagers.
  • Localization & Education: Create localized product tutorials and promotional materials to educate US users about our services.
  • Agile Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Major in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related fields.
  • Superior English skills (speaking, writing, and presentation) are required. Proficiency in a second foreign language is an advantage.
  • Proficient in document and presentation creation; ability to quickly master online tools such as Google Workspace, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Canva, Mailchimp, and various AI tools.
  • A strong interest in overseas markets and a willingness to embrace challenges during the internship.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating clearly. Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fast learner capable of working independently under guidance.

Nice to Have

  • Prior working experience in the software industry.
  • Basic understanding of B2C marketing and a strong passion for the tech industry, specifically App marketing.
  • Familiarity with the North American internet trends and social media culture.
