Responsibilities
Constellium seeks to hire a U.S. Legal Counsel (Corporate and Securities) who will report to Constellium’s VP, Legal & Assistant Secretary. This individual will work alongside the VP, Legal & Assistant Secretary, two U.S. based legal counsel and other members of the European legal team to provide legal counsel and support to the Company, with a special focus on U.S. securities law matters.
