We're on an exciting, scaling-journey, which is helping us accelerate our growth and ambitions to do 'business better' and in the next phase of our journey, we are hiring a Consulting Lead to join our US business (Chicago or New York based). The Lead has strong people-driven transformation experience, specifically focussed across purpose & strategy, working directly with the C-suite and Leadership Teams across the behavioural and cultural change agenda.

Pay Range Guidelines for this Position
The salary range for this position is 150,000 USD to 190,000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills.
