Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Remote (Pan India)
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US IT positions
• Work on job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Dice
• Review resumes and match candidates with job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline in ATS systems
• Build strong relationships with candidates

Requirements

1. Excellent English communication skills
2. Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus
3. Willingness to work in US shift
4. Self-motivated and eager to learn
