Job Description

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented *US Immigration Sales & HR Executive* to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads provided by the company and generating additional prospects through *LinkedIn, Monster, social media, and other platforms*.

The primary responsibility is to understand the prospect's requirements, explain the relevant U.S. immigration services, build trust, follow up effectively, and *convert prospects into clients*.

Once a client is onboarded, the candidate will continue as the *HR/Client Coordinator*, responsible for collecting required information and documents, coordinating with internal teams, providing process updates, and maintaining a professional relationship with the client.

### *Key Responsibilities*

*Sales & Client Acquisition*

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
• Generate new leads through LinkedIn, Monster, social media, and other platforms.
• Understand prospects' immigration and career requirements.
• Explain relevant U.S. immigration services and process details clearly.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, email, and other client communications professionally.
• Build confidence and establish strong relationships with prospects.
• Follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into clients.
• Meet monthly sales, conversion, and onboarding targets.

*Client Onboarding & HR Coordination*

• Coordinate the complete client onboarding process after conversion.
• Collect required documents, personal information, and process-related details.
• Share accurate client information with the appropriate internal teams.
• Coordinate with clients regarding documentation, payments, appointments, interviews, and process requirements.
• Provide timely updates and follow up on pending requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and communication history.
• Handle client queries professionally and coordinate with the relevant team when necessary.
• Maintain long-term relationships with onboarded clients.

The candidate will communicate with clients regarding U.S. immigration and employment-related services, including:

• H-1B Cap-Exempt
• H-1B Extensions
• H-1B Amendments
• H-1B Transfers
• L-1 Visa
• OPT
• CPT
• F-1-related services
• Other U.S. immigration services offered by the company

Qualifications

## *Required Skills*

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
• Confident in handling calls and client conversations.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Customer-focused and relationship-oriented approach.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. immigration processes is an advantage.
• Ability to learn immigration services and explain them accurately.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

### *Preferred Experience*

• Experience in *sales, business development, telecalling, customer relationship management, immigration services, or HR* is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also be considered.
