Joining Vialto Law means becoming part of a U.S. immigration law firm supporting multinational clients with strategic, employee-centered immigration solutions. You will work with a collaborative team of U.S.-licensed lawyers and business immigration professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, supported by Vialto Partners—the world’s first tech-enabled, people-first global mobility company.
As aManager-level U.S. Immigration Lawyer , you will lead client engagements, provide strategic legal counsel, and supervise teams delivering complex U.S. employment-based immigration services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day U.S. business immigration client engagements, ensuringaccurate,timely, and high-quality service delivery.
Provide subject matterexpertiseon U.S. immigration law, advising clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and sound judgment.
Translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for corporate clients and foreign national employees.
Develop and implement immigration strategies that align with client businessobjectiveswhile managing risk and compliance.
Represent Vialto Law in client discussions,demonstratingprofessionalism, empathy, and a commitment to service excellence.
Support business development efforts through thought leadership, client presentations, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Coach, mentor, and supervise team members (including lawyers and analysts), fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Use data and reporting tomonitorcase progress, inform legal strategy, and ensure adherence to firm standards.
Stay current on U.S. immigration developments and proactively share insights with clients and internal teams.
Uphold Vialto Law’s code of ethics and commitment to quality in all engagements.
Qualifications
6+ years of U.S. business immigration experience, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions, and Adjustment of Status filings.
Licensed and admitted to practice law in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
Based in Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal) or open to working in one of these locations.
Experience managing legal teams or supervising junior lawyers and analysts in complex immigration matters.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Interestinleveragingtechnology and innovation to enhance client and employee experiences.
Familiarity with project management approaches and a collaborative, adaptable work style.
Commitment to continuous learning, including engagement with tools such asVialto’smyMobilityapp and thought leadership platforms.

Regular / Full Time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid and remote options available, depending on candidate location and business needs
Compensation Range: $131,000 - $166,000 CAD
Compensation isdeterminedbased on geographic location, years of relevant experience, level of education, and overall qualifications.
