About the Role

You'll own execution of Nscale's US events calendar, from planning through delivery, with approximately 30% travel expected. Preference for candidates based in New York, working closely with our London-based events team and NY-based communications colleagues.

Nscale is building the engine of superintelligence — a full-stack AI infrastructure platform spanning energy, data centers, and cloud. As we expand globally, the US is a critical growth region for enterprise adoption, partnerships, and developer engagement.

We're looking for a US Events Manager to independently execute Nscale's events across the region, from flagship trade shows to partner activations to executive briefings. This is a hands-on role: you're the person who takes an event from plan to reality, working across product, communications, and our global events team to pull it off.

What You'll be Doing

Own Event Execution Start to Finish

• Independently manage events from planning through delivery, including budgets and logistics
• Build plans for upcoming events and support North America event delivery end to end

Lead High-Impact Event Delivery

• Execute a portfolio of flagship trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, and partner activations
• Ensure every event reflects Nscale's positioning as a full-stack AI infrastructure provider

Support Partner-Led Activations

• Work with strategic partners to bring co-created events to life
• Help expand Nscale's footprint through joint events and ecosystem engagement

Manage End-to-End Delivery

• Own planning, logistics, budgets, vendors, and timelines across multiple events simultaneously
• Oversee booth builds, demo readiness, shipping, staffing, and on-site execution

Support Executive and Speaker Engagement

• Coordinate keynotes, panels, and private briefings across the region
• Work closely with the communications team to ensure consistency and alignment with Nscale's messaging

About You

• Experience in event marketing at a B2B technology company; must have independently managed an event from start to finish
• Experience working across multiple functions (product, comms, partners) to build and deliver an event
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex, fast-moving projects
• Comfortable operating independently while aligning with a global events team
• Willingness to travel frequently across the US

Note: event agency experience alone, without in-house B2B tech experience, is not a fit for this role.

Nice to Have

• Experience within AI infrastructure, hyperscalers, or deep-tech ecosystems
• Experience with partner-led and co-branded events
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and executives
