Job Description
Snapscale is seeking a dedicated US Dental Medical Biller who can work remotely to provide full-time, exclusive support to two dental practices. This role is fully integrated into the client’s internal team, offering professional, concierge-style service to patients while handling appointment scheduling, patient intake, and dental insurance verification. The ideal candidate operates with professionalism, adheres to HIPAA compliance, and communicates as a seamless part of the client’s team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Coverage & Patient Service: Answer all incoming calls via the client’s VoIP system, greet patients professionally, and route calls or document follow-ups. Provide consistent coverage during business hours while maintaining a local, concierge-style presence.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule new and existing patient appointments using the Eaglesoft practice management system, coordinating closely with in-office team members to maintain calendar accuracy.
- Patient Intake Support: Manage digital intake forms, ensuring new patients submit required information such as medical history and past dental visits. Update records accurately in Eaglesoft.
- Insurance Verification: Verify dental insurance for incoming patients, completing full or partial verifications according to practice guidelines. Document and track verifications, ensuring completion before appointments.
- Team Integration & Reporting: Communicate regularly with in-office staff to ensure alignment on patient scheduling, intake, and insurance verification. Provide daily snapshots of calls answered, appointments scheduled, and insurance verifications completed.

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Dental Medical Biller or in a dental administrative role in the U.S.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software, preferably Eaglesoft.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and patient intake processes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- HIPAA-compliant, with the ability to handle sensitive patient information securely.
- Able to work full-time, either onsite or remotely from a verified, secure location using Snapscale-provided equipment.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured tracking systems.
- Customer-service oriented, capable of integrating into the client’s team culture.
Metrics & Expectations:
- Number of calls answered daily
