Job Title- US CPA – US LLC Accounting & International Tax

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Salary: 4000-6000 Dirhams(AED) Per Month

Employment Type: Full-Time, following a paid two-week part-time trial

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and tax compliance for US LLCs.
• Review bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.
• Prepare and e-file US tax returns including Forms 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1040 and 1040-NR.
• Handle foreign-owned LLC compliance, including Form 5472 with pro forma Form 1120, where applicable.
• Manage W-9 collection and 1099-NEC filings.
• Track filing deadlines, extensions, client documents, and IRS notices.
• Identify cross-border tax issues involving US and UAE entities.
• Advise on related-party transactions, intercompany balances, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate directly with clients and ensure accurate, timely filings.

Required Qualifications

• Active US CPA license.
• Hands-on experience personally preparing and filing US business and individual tax returns.
• Strong experience with foreign-owned US LLCs and nonresident taxation.
• Working knowledge of US international tax.
• Experience with professional US tax preparation software and e-filing.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
• Strong client communication skills.
