  This role is all about precision, problem-solving, and clear communication. You’ll conduct virtual site reviews, analyze architectural data, and produce engineering reports that guide major tax decisions. Expect independent work, structured processes, and smart collaboration with senior team members and clients.

  Conduct virtual site visits and review property layouts.
• 
  Analyze architectural plans, service dates, cost bases, and asset details.
• 
  Create Excel-based asset spreadsheets and Word-based engineering reports.
• 
  Coordinate with clients and sales teams on project updates.
• 
  Upload documents, manage revisions, and finalize client-ready PDFs.
• 
  Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned.

Requirements

About YOU

• 
  You’re an independent, analytical thinker with solid engineering fundamentals and strong attention to detail.
• 
  You’re comfortable with spreadsheets, technical writing, and working remotely.

• 
  2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, construction, or property assessments.
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• 
  Confident reading and interpreting architectural/engineering plans.
• 
  Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• 
  Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.

• 
  You enjoy remote work but know the value of team collaboration.
• 
  You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and keep communication professional and clear.
• 
  You value structure but aren't afraid to ask for clarification or offer process improvements.

  Organize and analyze large sets of building data.
