As an Analyst, you'll build a strong foundation for your career through a rotational leadership development experience designed to provide broad exposure across the U.S. Consumer Cards business. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help deliver innovative solutions that respond to changing customer needs and market trends. Analysts have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of business groups, including Cards, Marketing, Citi Retail Services, Customer Experience, Chief Operating Office (COO), Analytics & Pricing, Risk, and more.

The Analyst Program is a 24-month developmental experience consisting of two 12-month rotations across U.S. Consumer Cards. Each rotation is designed to provide meaningful exposure to different businesses, teams, and leadership opportunities while helping you build a well-rounded understanding of the organization.

Throughout the program, you'll broaden your skill set, tackle real business challenges, develop a strong professional network, and gain valuable insight into the diverse functions that drive the Consumer Cards business. Upon successful completion of the program, Analysts are considered for Assistant Vice President (AVP)-level opportunities within Citi.
