
US CIBINQO HCP Sr. Marketing Manager
CIBINQO (abrocitinib) is an oral JAK inhibitor for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). CIBINQO launched in the US in 2022 and has blockbuster potential over the LRF. The US CIBINQO HCP Sr. Marketing Manager is an exciting opportunity for the right marketer to join a talented, agile, and innovative team.
The CIBINQO HCP Sr. Marketing Manager is a critical role on the team, overseeing development of HCP-facing tactics for sales representatives to use with HCP customers. He/she will work closely with the Agency of Record, Review Committee, and cross-functional partners including medical, legal, regulatory, and supply. The HCP Sr. Marketing Manager will also lead other aspects of collaboration with the sales team, such as leading the Field Insights Team and leading brand planning for POAs and NSMs.
The ideal candidate will have strong project and budget management experience. He/she should also have strong communication and attention to detail. Experience in dermatology and prior sales experience is nice to have, but not necessary.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Sales Force engagement, including Rep Advisory Boards, FIT Team engagement and Field Force communications
Act as POA and NSM captain for the US CIBINQO team
Lead development of CIBINQO HCP-facing tactics
Manage agency partners on the creative development, budget and execution of customer facing tactics
Lead relevant sales force training for appropriate tactical pull through
Represent Pfizer at Dermatology congresses and engage KOLs as appropriate
Measure the impact of sales and marketing tactics in order to generate early learnings and drive continuous improvement
Manage tactical inventory for all approved resources; liaise with Harte Hanks, production, and printing to ensure sales force has appropriate access and allocation to resources
Work with CoLab, Agency, Pfizer Works, and other partners for content deployment
Support development of CIBINQO tactical and operating plans
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with 1-2 years of product marketing experience
Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams and professional agencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong strategic/analytic skills to develop omnichannel strategies and tactics
Demonstrated experience working with customer-facing colleagues
Knowledge of and experience with Pfizer HCP platforms
Demonstrated self-starter who can work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior HCP marketing experience
Experience managing creative and media agencies
Experience managing projects within in Review Committee
Experience working with the sales force
Dermatology or I&I experience desired, but not required

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
