The CFC Excellence Leadis responsible fordefining andoperationalizing Best in Class”capabilitiesfor Pfizer’s Customer Facing Colleagues (CFCs) across the end-to-endCFC journey (Territory Management, Pre-Call Planning, In Call, Post Call) This role serves as a strategic integrator acrossGCEE, AIA, Digital, GCA, Enablement, Market Access, and CEP leadership to ensure CFC capabilities, tools, processes, and reportingstrategiesare aligned, scalable, and impactdriven.

The role leads enterpriselevel programs thatoptimizethe CFC experience,improveproductivity, and enablesdatadriven decisionmaking, while ensuring consistency across therapeuticareabusiness units in the US market. This includesdrivingrep reporting and insights experience, process optimization initiatives, CFC impact measurement framework,and seamless integration of ouremerging AIenabled capabilitiesinto the ecosystem The CFC Excellence Lead translates complex crossfunctional inputs into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes that improve both colleague and customer experience.They are also an AI warrior who is actively becoming LLM proficient.

What You Will Achieve

  • Define and lead the CFC Excellencestrategy andoperatingplan, ensuring alignment between CMO, CEPs, Digital, Enablement, and Commercial Leadership on priorities, sequencing, and execution across CFCfacing initiatives

  • Havedemonstratedfinancialproficiencyrequired to be strategic partner to GCEE Chief of staff, related to all strategic budget managementactivitiesFinance Captain”

  • Partner with CEPs,CMO, and Digitalcross functional teams to define financial inputs for CEP Op Plans, based on data supported projected use assumptions.Alignclosely with CEP Enablement leads to ensure inputs are clear and provided in alignment with Op plan timing

  • Evolve the US crossBU CFC Reportingexperience,establishinga unified roadmap across SMART, SCOUT, and future CRM/BI platforms to improve usability, trust, and decision support for reps and managers

  • Lead process optimization initiativesthatidentifyand resolve inefficiencies across the CFCworkflow, including dynamic targeting, planning, execution, feedback loops, and reporting, partnering with Digital and Operations to deliver scalable solutions

  • Assess andoperationalize CFC Experience measurementframework, including development of indices and feedback mechanisms that capture actionable insights from through the “Voice of thefield”,translatinginto prioritized improvement plans across functions

  • Drive feature and capability prioritizationusing real adoption,utilization, and persona-based data, replacingopinion-baseddecisions with evidence-backed recommendations for investment and enhancement

  • Lead crossfunctionalengagementforumsthat harmonizealignmentswith CEPs, Sales Leadership, and SMEs, ensuring efficient feedback loops, coordinated deployments, and minimized field disruption

  • Advance AIenabled CFC capabilities, supporting advisory boards, usecase definition, and business case assessment to ensure AI investments are grounded in real CFC workflows and value creation

  • Establish clear OKRs, KPIs, and success metricsacross CFC Excellence programs, tracking impact on productivity, experience, cost efficiency, and adoption, and elevating insightstosenior leadership

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, encouraging crossvertical design, innovation, and proactive problemsolving across the CFC ecosystem

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired

  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience

  • Demonstratedexpertiseacross the CFCend-to-endengagement lifecycle (targeting, planning, execution, reporting, optimization)

  • Strong understanding of CFC tools, reporting platforms, and commercial data ecosystems

  • Proven experience leading large, crossfunctional, enterprise programs

  • Experience presenting complex strategies to senior leadership and driving alignment across matrixed stakeholders

  • Track recordof delivering transformation initiatives and transitioning work into sustainable BAU models

  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and execution skills

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • MBA or equivalentMaster’sdegree preferred

  • Experience working with emerging technologies (e.g.,AIenabledcommercial capabilities)

  • Commercial leadership experience with direct exposure to field operations and CEP engagement

  • Experience driving reporting, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives at scale

  • Strong designthinking mindset with ability tooperateeffectively in ambiguity

  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems and workflows for frontline users

  • High levelof executive presence, influence, and stakeholder credibility

  • Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
