The US CE (TA) Product Training Learning Strategy Specialist – this role is responsible for the creation and execution of a learning strategy and plan for a therapeutic area (TA). The role is responsible for designing product training for CFCs leading to improved execution of brand strategies and focus skill area, ensuring that CFCs have the skills and knowledge required to successfully represent Pfizer in the marketplace. This role represents GCET and the Customer Engagement Product Training Delivery Team to the brand/TA leadership, participates as a strategic partner, thoroughly understands the complexity of the TA and CEP, and translates that into defining, developing and delivering training services to meet the needs of the business in support of in-role upskilling, POAs, critical market needs, and other product business-related initiatives. Serving as the subject matter expert, the role is expected to maintain up to date expertise on the therapy, market, and sales approaches associated with the assigned product/TA.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
