Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
Based in our Auburn Hills, MI headquarters, the successful candidate will lead the Local Business Line (BL) Robotics Industries in the US and deliver superior customer experience with related profitable growth and an aligned strategy to the US Local Division and the Global Business Line Industries. This role is an integral part of both the global and US country success of the Robotics business. This is a P&L responsible role.
The successful candidate will establish and maintain a customer focused, quality and continuous improvement culture within the US business line. They will lead the overall US Robotics business line which includes commercial, operational and functional teams. This position is responsible for successful operation, oversight of financial performance and strategic execution of the business line strategy in the US. Main responsibilities include -
