Candidates should have experience with taxation of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and/or private equity funds and structures. A strong candidate will also have experience with capital markets transactions as well as international transactions. 3+ years of Big 4 experience would be ideal. Candidates must be self-starters and team-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and excellent written and oral communication skills. This position is available for our New York or Washington D.C. office.

A JD from an accredited law school/Tax LL.M, and admission to and in good standing with the New York or Washington D.C. Bar required.
The base salary range offered for this role will be between $225,000 and $235,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm.
The total compensation package for this position may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
