AI Architect

About the Position:

Our client is seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of AI solutions that enhance business operations, employee productivity, client service, and decision-making. This role partners with business leaders, IT, and innovation teams to develop scalable, secure, and practical AI-enabled solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's AI roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across business units.
• Design AI solutions and recommend platforms, tools, and vendors based on business needs, risk, and scalability.
• Establish AI governance standards, including responsible AI, data privacy, security, and compliance practices.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives through implementation and adoption.
• Monitor AI solution performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Educate stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology architecture, AI solutions, automation, enterprise systems, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, data integration, security, and governance.
• Experience evaluating technology vendors and recommending business-focused solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid work setup and night shift schedule.
