OtherAs a Urology Oncologist at Allina Health, you will join a dedicated team passionate about providing transformative and enhanced care for the many individuals diagnosed with cancer each year in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Institute highlights:
• Privademic care model combining academic-level medicine with community-
based practice
• Our system wide team includes 100+ highly trained oncology
providers that span surgical oncology specialties, medical oncology, radiation
oncology and supportive/affiliated oncology specialties
• 18 comprehensive cancer care locations across Minnesota and western
Wisconsin
•Our own multi-center research program with the ability for investigator-
initiated, industry-sponsored, and cooperative group clinical trials (Phase 1-3)
• In-house genomic laboratory supporting personalized cancer treatment
• Industry-leading integrative oncology and high-risk cancer surveillance
programs
• The use of artificial intelligence tools for documentation, charting, and
supporting cancer diagnosis and treatment.
• Our evolving urologic oncology practice is integrating BK Ultrasound,
HistoSonics, and Focal One therapies—to offer less invasive options that can
enhance patient outcomes
• Accredited by ACS, CoC, NAPBC, and APEx

Pay Range
Pay Range: $522,500 to $550,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
