Hiring Range: $385,000 to $575,000

Urologist – Milford, Massachusetts

Milford Regional Physician Group is seeking a full-time BC/BE Urologist to join our expanding Milford Urology team at Milford Regional Medical Center. This is an added position driven by strong regional demand and a well-established referral network.

The role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care within a collaborative, community-based setting, supported by advanced surgical technology and strong clinical infrastructure.

Practice Highlights

  • Community-based practice with strong referral volume
  • General urology focus with exposure to men’s health, stone disease, women’s urologic care, and limited oncology
  • Collaborative team: 2 urologists and 2 PAs (no resident supervision)
  • Robust surgical and clinical support infrastructure
  • High surgical volume: 900+ OR procedures in 2025 at Milford Regional

  • Milford Regional Medical Center – well-regarded community hospital
  • State-of-the-art ORs with three robotic systems
  • Dedicated surgical PA support and 24/7 hospital coverage

Ideal Candidate

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
  • Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
  • Comfortable with broad general urology scope
