JOB OVERVIEW

• On-Call Shift Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)

• Callback Rate: Approximately 10–12 hours per day

• Patient Demographics: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Patient Volume/Census: NTB
• Rounding: Included as needed
• Phone Consults: Included (multi-site coverage)

• No. of Beds in Department: 76 Hospital Beds
• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: Standard hospital resources
• Support Staff Available: No APP support

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active PA license required (willing to license)
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: Not Specified
• Experience: Relevant urology experience required
• Other Qualifications: Strong communication skills preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide 24-hour on-call urology coverage including hospital and surgical cases
• Respond to consults and emergency urologic needs
• Manage patient care across multiple facilities via phone support as needed
• Perform surgical procedures as required
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
