Compensation/Benefits Include:

• Excellent earning potential supported by a salary guarantee period of $400,000 - $475,000/year

Responsibilities

• Patient Care Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
• Communication Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
• Documentation Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
• Team Collaboration Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Quality Improvement Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
• Compliance Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
• Continuous Learning Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
