Job Description

Urologist – Hospital-Employed Position | Southern Oregon

An award-winning, hospital-employed health system is seeking three (3) additional Urologists to join an established and expanding urology practice in a desirable southern Oregon university community with a population of approximately 85,000.

You will join a collaborative team of five (5) Urologists and four (4) experienced Urology Physician Assistants in a traditional urology practice supported by advanced technology, including DaVinci Robotics.

Position Highlights

  • Hospital-employed, traditional Urology practice
  • Established and growing program adding 3 Urologists
  • DaVinci robotic surgery available
  • 1:6 call schedule with compensation
  • Strong PA support
  • J-1 and H-1B Visa Waiver sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits

  • Negotiable base salary starting at $540,000
  • $50,000 signing bonus
  • Productivity bonus
  • Quality bonus
  • $1,350 per call rotation
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Relocation assistance (negotiable)
