HealthYes is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established, multi-specialty outpatient healthcare organization in New York City. The group has a long-standing presence in the community, a consistently high patient volume, and a strong internal referral network that supports specialty growth. This opportunity is ideal for a Urologist seeking a stable, high-earning, outpatient-focused practice with strong administrative and clinical support in place.
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
$400,000+ annual base compensation
Performance-based bonus incentives
Compensation is negotiable and structured based on:
Years of experience
Subspecialty training or procedural focus
Patient volume and productivity
Schedule preferences
The Urologist will provide comprehensive urologic care in an outpatient clinical setting. The role focuses on evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and longitudinal management of urologic conditions, with access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, and specialty referrals within the organization. Surgical and procedural care is coordinated based on subspecialty focus and patient needs.
This is a patient-facing, clinically autonomous role supported by an experienced care team and a well-established operational infrastructure.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration (or eligibility)
Patient-centered, collaborative approach to care
Interest in long-term stability and practice growth
PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT
High-volume, outpatient-focused clinical settings
Established patient base with consistent demand
Robust administrative and clinical support
Integrated referral network across specialties
Locations throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Flushing, with placement based on mutual fit and patient need
