About the Position:

Join our team at UnityPoint Health in the vibrant Quad Cities region as a full-time Urology Surgeon. This position offers a remarkable balance between professional and personal life, requiring only 14-16 working days per month while still providing comprehensive full-time benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide acute adult urological care in a dynamic, facility-based practice.
• 
  Perform surgeries and procedures with allocated block time in the OR.
• 
  Work alongside a dedicated team of experienced urologists and full-time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• 
  Engage in clinical activities at the primary hospital location in Rock Island, IL, with outpatient clinics and secondary sites within a short 15-minute drive in Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL.

Requirements

• 
  Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Urology.
• 
  Licensure in both Iowa and Illinois.
• 
  A commitment to teamwork and a passion for the outdoors.
