What You'll Be Doing

As an Energy Sales Representative, you will:

• Meet face-to-face with homeowners throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area to introduce renewable energy solutions
• Build genuine relationships by having confident, informative conversations that help customers make educated energy decisions
• Guide customers through a simple enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer experience
• Develop valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on training and daily coaching
• Set personal goals, track your progress, and celebrate your wins as you continue to grow
• Work alongside a supportive, high-energy team that pushes each other to succeed
• Earn advancement opportunities based on performance, not seniority

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is

• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
• Motivated by goals, competition, and earning potential
• Reliable, positive, and coachable
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
• Available Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership is helpful but not required. We are willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
